Auctions are not the only way to sell!

If an agent is only pushing one method to sell your home, beware! It often indicates the limited capabilty of the agency, and not thinking outside the square to sell your home.

 

All homes are not created equally, therefore cannot not be sold via the same method!

 

At Exclusive Vendor Advocacy, we need to create a a profile of your home before making certain recommendations. ie. style of home, condition, position, demand for such a property, demographic make up of potential buyers, other homes currently for sale that are in competition to your home etc, so we can create the best selling method ie.
