Industry standard for a Full Buyers' Advocacy service (our Platinum Buyer's Advocacy Service) can range from a percentage of your budget, or we also offer our clients the option of an *Agreed Fixed Fee (regardless of price) which is negotiated prior to commencing the service. Our rate is very competitive and negotiable, and we tailor services and fees for First Home Buyers, Investors and Retirees.

Fees will be discussed in our free, no obligation consultation. We believe that if you are serious about buying property, then we will come and see you at a time and place that suits you.

Please note, our fees are also tax deductible for investors, builders and for buyers who need a property for business purposes.

Our VIP Vendor Advocacy services are at no extra cost to the vendor. That's right, no extra cost. If the property does not sell, there is no commission payable.

If the vendor requires our Vendor Self -Sell or Assist Sell service, the fee is negotiated prior. Once again, if the property does not sell, commission is not payable on either service.
